Overview
OneUAH is a university-wide initiative to transform how we work together across campus. As part of this effort, UAH is implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ChargerLink, which will modernize and simplify our core Finance and Human Resource functions. By streamlining processes and reducing complexity, ChargerLink will support a more efficient, connected, and effective UAH. This is more than a system upgrade. It’s a step toward a better way of working.
The opportunity we have through OneUAH – to review our business processes and shift to best practices, rather than just continuing with the way we've always done things – I think that may be more impactful to UAH even than the technical improvements of ChargerLink.
