Today, the fully accredited College of Engineering has about 2465 students in the undergraduate program. Our graduate enrollment is near 600 with overall enrollment growth since 2006 increasing by 18%. Organized across five academic departments with eight ABET-accredited undergraduate engineering degree programs, and MS and Ph.D. degree options in eight research intensive academic areas, the College of Engineering provides students the flexibility to shape their academic goals based on developing interests. The College of Engineering, in response to needs, has added two new academic programs — master’s and doctorate in aerospace engineering. The College consistently ranks among the top 20 universities in the nation for awarding bachelor’s engineering degrees to women, according to the American Society of Engineering Educators.
