Kevin Rice brings nearly four decades of experience as a financial and business executive across industry, government, and academia, with expertise in both domestic and international environments. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated proven leadership in guiding organizations through every phase of the corporate life cycle; developing and executing strategic plans, mentoring high-performing business teams, preparing competitive business proposals, and analyzing financial performance across key metrics including orders, sales, earnings, cash flow, margins, and return on investment.

He has held senior leadership roles as Director of Business Management and Program Planning and Control (PP&C) at both Lockheed Martin and Caltech’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), part of NASA.
