Biography

Charles D. (Chad) Zolynsky is an experienced systems engineer with prominence in requirements management and Model-Based Systems Engineering. Since 2009, he has supported various Product Offices including Utility Helicopters (UH) Modernization, Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM), UH-60V Digital Cockpit with the Prototype Integration Facility (PIF), and most recently Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM). Throughout, Mr. Zolynsky has emphasized Government requirement allocation, flowdown, and traceability efforts via the Technical Decision DOORS database and other requirement metric tools. While leading the ASE Digital Engineering effort, Mr. Zolynsky reviews numerous contract deliverables for model-based engineering efforts with the aspiration of evolving acquisition into the digital environment.

His awards include the DoD Army Civilian Achievement Medal for DEVCOM AvMC DOORS Training Development in addition to the DoD Army Civilian Commander's Award as the Systems Engineering Lead during the CIRCM Milestone C event. He holds Army Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt, Army LSS Green Belt, and Lean Enterprise certifications.
