Biography

David W. Gunther is a Senior Systems Engineer working in the Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T), Readiness Management Division, Synchronized Fielding. As the Technical Lead for the network fielded units, he is responsible for developing a unit's C4ISR network architecture, managing non-recurring engineering and safety testing efforts, developing multiple vehicle and equipment installations and configurations, integrating kit procurements and quantities, and coordinating with numerous platform and equipment PEOs and PMs, ACMs, FORSCOM, DA G3-5-7, G8, etc.

Mr. Gunther has been a university instructor for over 25 years and has over 37 years of experience with missiles, space launch systems, tracked/wheeled tactical vehicles, C4ISR equipment, and aviation systems in the Army, Navy, and Air Force. He has developed and taught 15 different courses for The University of Alabama in Huntsville and was the course director for two Defense Acquisition University (DAU) courses, SYS201 (Intermediate Systems Engineering) and LOG204 (Configuration Management) for nine years.
