To connect a UAH departmental computer to the Campus Wired Network, complete the online Campus Network Access Request Form.
Request Additional Network Drops
(Departmental Use Only)
Fill out and submit a Network Drop Request to the OIT Help Desk to request installation and activation of a new network drop for a lab or faculty/staff office.
Please note that a completed Budget Transfer Request (Excel) must be submitted with this form before the installation can be scheduled.
