Group Exercise Class Offering 2026

Rocket Tae Kwon Do was founded by Master Jeffrey Davis. It was started with families in mind. It’s an affordable way for families to train together without the hassles of contracts. Our goal is to develop every student one step at a time. We focus on respect, discipline, confidence, and teamwork.

Join us for group warm up followed by TRX™ strength and conditioning exercises, balance and flexibility training.

Boot Camp involves alternating aerobic intervals such as plyometrics, jump rope, and athletic drills with strengthening intervals to give you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow.

This hybrid format opens with a warm-up, a blast of cardio, dance, then shifts into explosive HIIT training. With a focus on both athleticism and endurance, participants of all levels will be challenged.

A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must.

This energizing step workout is choreographed to the latest music to keep you moving and singing along. Step Up includes plyometrics and power intervals to challenge every fitness level. Step up to the challenge and take this class!

Yoga means "union" or "to yoke." The practice of yoga aims to bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Mindful movement creates better awareness, strength, flexibility, and resilience on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Learn to cultivate this kind of discipline that will help you in your everyday life (on the yoga mat and off the yoga mat). Yoga is also an excellent form of cross-training, and helps to aid in recovery, increase range of motion, reduce pain levels, and strengthen the systems of the body.

Join us for Yin Yoga, a slow, meditative class focused on long, passive holds and deep stretching. Poses are held for 5–8 minutes to encourage relaxation, increase flexibility, and support a deeper mind-body connection. Props are encouraged to help you find comfort and ease in each pose.

Vinyasa is the expression of asana (postures) and/or movement within each breath. Each inhale and exhale move prana through the body naturally, and vinyasa simply bridges our awareness to the subtle experiences as they occur. A wonderful way to EASE into your week! This yoga class aids in exercise recovery, flexibility, and active resting. With an emphasis on calming the nervous system, increasing awareness, and breathing, you'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on your week.

Welcome to Yoga Meditation, where you will experience a gentle yoga practice that focuses on simple grounding asana (poses), a variety of pranayama (breathing techniques), and a calming of the mind guided medication. The first half of the class focuses on body and breath work and the second half of the class focuses on the mind. You will learn in this yoga experience that all three mind, body, and breath ravel in unison. It is very important when practicing pranayama, to do so with an empty stomach, therefore, it is advised not to eat directly before participation in this class. All body types and skill levels are welcome to join and experience the union from within. See you soon. Namaste.

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful. Pilates promotes better mind-body connection, better breathing, strengthens the body with a focus on the core, all while improving posture and balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this apply to sports training skill workouts?
Yes. Sport-specific instruction falls under the same guidelines as personal training. Any individual providing structured instruction, supervision, or coaching must be approved, credentialed, insured, and under contract with the University.

Why can’t I train my friend or family member?
While often well-intentioned, training and coaching involve instruction, supervision, and liability. To protect participants and the University, all training must be provided by approved individuals who meet contractual, certification, and insurance requirements and operate under University oversight. This does not include those who are on the same UFC family membership.
