Request Joomla access
Do you need to make content changes to the information on a webpage? UAH employees can receive training on our content management system, Joomla, and then be given editing access to their part of the UAH site.
To request Joomla training and access we need an email from your direct supervisor saying you should have access to the site. We’ll also need your ChargerID email address.

Request profile builder access
Do you need to make changes to a faculty or staff profile page? UAH employees can receive training on our content management system, Joomla, and then be given editing access to the profile pages of people in their area.
To request profile builder training and access we need an email from your direct supervisor saying you should have access to make edits. We’ll also need your ChargerID email address

Do you need access to the database of photographs that the UAH photographer has taken? UAH employees can request access to the OMC digital asset management system (DAM), Photoshelter.
To request access to Photoshelter we need an email from your direct supervisor saying you need access for a particular purpose. We’ll also need your ChargerID email address.

Submit a campus event
The OMC oversees the UAH Event System, which features events affiliated with UAH and held on the UAH campus as well as events sanctioned by UAH and held off campus (e.g., Alumni, Art, Music, or Theatre events). Events submitted to the UAH Event System may also appear on relevant departmental pages on the UAH website, in the student newsletter, and/or in the weekly Headlines email that goes to faculty and staff.
