The new Client Portal is a helpful repository for browsing the services offered by OIT (and requesting them), accessing the Knowledge Base collection of articles when self-service is preferred, and submitting tickets to the OIT Help Desk.

  • Browse our Service Catalog from the Services page and, from there, view your past tickets and services you’ve marked as your favorite (such as those you often need to request from OIT)
  • Review the articles in our Knowledge Base for quick answers to common questions and problems
  • See our contact information and popular shortcuts, articles, and services on the Home page
