The UAH Lean Healthcare Academy is a 4-day training series including an introduction to lean healthcare and advanced concepts. Training incorporates hands-on simulations where participants apply the concepts and learn to utilize tools. Course Topics Training can be delivered as individual days or grouped into a series to accommodate the schedules and demands of personnel. Training can also be integrated with implementation support to realize the benefits of trained personnel through the immediate implementation and impact of improvements.
