Dr. Ray is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering with The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he leads the Hardware Reliability and Security Laboratory. His research spans the boundaries of electron devices and systems for addressing the challenges in hardware security and reliability, non-volatile storage system and energy-efficient computing. Before joining UAH, he worked in SanDisk Corporation, Milpitas, California, USA, developing 3D NAND Flash memory technology. Dr. Ray holds more than 15 U.S. issued patents and published more than 50 research papers in international journals and conferences. Dr. Ray is a senior member of IEEE.
