May 28, 2019 Effective with the Fall 2019 semester, we will no longer accept paper tuition assistance forms. The links on the tuition assistance website have been updated with the new process to submit tuition assistance forms electronically. Staff employees will need to print the supervisor confirmation page and have their supervisor sign and email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have already submitted a form for Fall 2019 semester, no action is necessary. Applications to receive tuition assistance for the Fall 2019 semester are due no later than Monday, August 26, 2019 by 5:00 PM.
