All In for Student Success aims to provide holistic support to students through coordinated efforts, knowledge, and data. This iniative originated as a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) and is informed by institutional research and stakeholder feedback to address challenges, including siloed services and disconnected communication and data. Surveys and focus groups during the development process revealed that students don’t always know where to turn for help, and that faculty sometimes feel under-equipped to guide their students to the appropriate resources.

The overarching goal of All In for Student Success is to empower UAH students to take ownership of their academic journey through a unified, student-centered ecosystem built upon innovative and integrated technology and a coordinated network of care. As a cornerstone of All In, UAH is launching Navigate UAH, a student success platform powered by EAB. The platform provides a centralized hub for academic planning, resource exploration and access, early alerts, personalized communication, and real-time support.

Through Navigate UAH and enhanced collaboration among faculty, academic support services, and student affairs offices, we aim to reduce barriers to support, strengthen engagement, and improve student success outcomes across the university.

Goals:

1: Enhance Student Access and Engagement with Resources and Opportunities

2: Strengthen Faculty and Staff Engagement in Student Support

3: Improve Student Retention and Persistence through Coordinated Support
