• Identification of Phase I users (see below)
• Data integration with Banner and Canvas, data validation, function configuration such as scheduling, reporting, and workflows for Phase I users
• Decisions about early alerts and other current processes

Fall 2025

• Training for early adopters
• Appointment of Faculty and Student Advisory Boards
• Demonstrations and feature testing with these groups
• Student access to career simulations
• Finalization of Phase II & III users

Spring 2026

• Configuration of academic planning and registration tools; sync with Banner registration module, course catalog, etc.
• Pilot of academic planning tools with select students and soft launch of the student app
• Pilot of faculty features
• Onboarding and configuration for Phase II users

Summer 2026

• Introduction of Navigate UAH to the incoming class
• Onboarding of additional offices
• Configuration and testing of additional features
