What is NavigateUAH?

NavigateUAH is a student success platform powered by EAB Navigate360 and used by more than 10 million students annually to connect students to the right support at the right time. The platform is also a collaborative space for faculty, advisors, and other staff to work with and on behalf of students. It brings together information from Banner, Canvas, and other systems to provide a fuller picture of the student experience and supports reporting and advanced analytics.

When is NavigateUAH Launching?

Faculty and staff currently have access to their desktop dashboard. Students will begin using the platform in tiered phases.

  • Spring 2026: The platform will be introduced to a pilot group of undergraduate students.
  • Summer 2026: New students will be introduced to the platform during Orientation.
  • Fall 2026: All undergraduate students will be encouraged to use NavigateUAH. Additional features will be added to the platform, such as academic planning and course registration tools, as they become available.

  • Build an academic plan with your advisor(s) that keeps you on track and makes space for opportunities like study abroad and part-time employment
  • Complete career simulations developed by 125+ industry leaders
  • Ask questions and get support 24/7 from a virtual assistant

Access NavigateUAH on Any Device

NavigateUAH is available to undergraduate students on mobile and desktop versions of the platform.  Access your desktop dashboardor download the student app to manage your appointments, track tasks, and stay connected to campus from the convenience of your phone.

  • Use your desktop version of NavigateUAH (also accessible in MyUAH) to become part of your students' coordinated care network
  • View holistic student profiles that bring together academic, engagement, and support data
  • Create alerts to prompt outreach from support offices and view the status of your referrals

  • Use reporting tools, including plain language prompts, to extract the information you need about your students, services, and classes
