June 2, 2023 Daniel Navarro, an ROTC Cadet and College of Business Ambassador, met former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper at Student Services Building on 15 May 2023. Having recently contracted with the ROTC program, Cadet Navarro will begin his most challenging year of ROTC next semester, when he becomes an MSIII. The MSIII year is the culminating year for ROTC cadets, when they are assessed during Cadet Summer Training at Fort Knox, KY.
