Qualifications: Applicants must be citizens of the United States and have a record of successful accomplishment in recognized programs in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering. applicants must have a demonstrated potential for successful graduate research at the Ph.D. level in a propulsion topic. Stipend: The selectee(s) will receive tuition and a competitive stipend. The fellowship is renewable yearly based upon satisfactory performance. Apply by July 31, 2012.
