The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), a part of The University of Alabama System, has announced Bryant Bank has made a gift installment of $25,000 to UAH Charger Athletics. This commitment will help support 14 Men’s and Women’s athletics programs.

The gift marks the third year in a row that Bryant Bank has made this contribution to UAH team sports. “We are extremely grateful to Bryant Bank for this new gift,” says Dr. Cade Smith, UAH Director of Athletics. “Their generosity has been a real mainstay that has meant so much to Charger athletic programs, and we could not be more appreciative of their help and support.”

This commitment will benefit the entire Huntsville community as an unrestricted donation that will continue to support the entire UAH athletic program.

“The student-athletes UAH turns out are not only wonderful competitors in their respective sports, but also known to be highly accomplished in the classroom and great ambassadors for sports in our community,” says Ken Watson, Bryant Bank Huntsville Market President. “UAH has a storied history here in Huntsville, and I’m excited that Bryant Bank will continue to assist with the recruitment and development of its student-athletes and promote all the Charger athletic programs.”
