There are quite a few events going on in the Salmon Library this week. The first of which is the LinkedIn Profile Portrait Workshop (Monday, November 11, 2pm to 4pm in the MultiMaker Lab). In conjunction with the Office of Career Services as part of the National Career Development Week, this workshop will be about updating your headshot for your LinkedIn or other other professional profile. Professionally suitable attire is highly recommended. On Tuesday (November 12, 5pm to 6pm) the MultiMaker Lab will host MultiMaker Jeopardy where you can test your multimedia and makerspace knowledge for a chance to win a prize. On Wednesday (November 13, 1pm to 2pm) there will be One World, Many Plates. Organized by HON 301 H03 - SEM: Diversity and Food along with UAH Salmon Library, UAH ED 307 Class, UAH INCLUDE Club, & UAH SASE; this event is all about sampling foods from around the world. Finally, finishing off the week is DIY Greeting Cards (Thursday, November 14, 2pm to 3pm). Whatever kind of greeting card you want to make (holiday, birthday, or just a personalized message) the materials will be supplied. All events are free to UAH students (while supplies last) and open to those who want to attend. Have You Tried Academic Video Online? Academic Video Online has a new landing page.
