Routine Maintenance Residents may submit work orders for basic maintenance concerns. It is imperative that residents make us aware of items such as those listed below so we can work to resolve them as quickly as possible. Examples of concern include, but are not limited to: Light bulb replacement Bugs (Pest Control) Heat/Air concerns Water Temperature/Pressure Showers/Toilets Smoke Detector Batteries Washer/Dryer issues Submit a Work Order You will submit a work order through our new system FMX by first clicking on the link below and then logging into Single Sign On. To create a new work order, you will click on New Request in the right hand corner. Submit Order Emergency Maintenance Emergency Maintenance concerns should be reported immediately to Housing & Residence Life. Examples include, but are not limited to: Large water leaks Electrical hazards No available working toilet or shower HVAC is not working in extreme temperatures (below 60, above 80) Security issues (unsecured door/lock) To report the issue during the day, contact the Housing Office Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM by calling 256-824-6108.
