The University of Alabama in Huntsville requests sealed qualification documents from interested commissioning firms in providing full Commissioning Services for the Raymond B. Jones Engineering Building (“Project”).

The Raymond B. Jones Engineering Building is a 77,000 square feet new construction project to meet the needs of the College of Engineering.  The completed project will accommodate anticipated growth, satisfy the need for modern classroom space and teaching and research laboratories. The new facility shall provide a collaborative environment for engineering, technology, and research and promote interaction and communication between students, faculty, staff, and researchers. The estimated total project cost is $66,000,000.00.
