Project DIAL (Designing Instruction for Academic Literacies) is a 5-year National Professional Development project through the U.S. Department of Education. The project provides training and degree support for secondary content educators across our partner districts as they prepare to meet the needs of Multilingual Learners (ML). Opportunities for educators include: scholarships to pursue UAH's online M.Ed. ESOL and Class A ESOL certification; online, on-demand modules leading to micro-credentials in ESOL; and, summer intensive training in instructional design for academic literacies across core content areas.
