It may still be summer, but now is the time to start preparing holiday cards for your unit/college. To ensure everything is designed, printed and delivered on schedule, please follow the timeline below:

  • July: Submit your holiday card design requests to OMC. All requests should be submitted by Friday, August 1.
  • August–September: OMC will create designs and send drafts to you for review and final approval.
  • September–October: The Copy Center will produce final printed proofs. All approvals must be completed by Friday, October 10.
  • First Week of November: Final printed holiday cards will begin distribution to customers.
