UAH uses Duo as the solution for multi-factor authentication (MFA) on Single Sign-On (SSO) systems, including myUAH, Banner, Canvas, and more. MFA significantly increases the security of UAH systems, ensuring that student, faculty, and staff information remains protected.

On May 18, Duo will be receiving a redesign. Beginning May 18, UAH will be making the switch to the newer Universal Prompt.

This redesign provides a simplified Duo experience over the traditional prompt. Please note that this change will not affect the core functionality of Duo. You will still be able to use Duo Push, text passcodes, and phone call authentication with the Universal Prompt just as you did with the traditional prompt.
