We are pleased to provide a Truth in Salary Statement to each UAH employee providing details of your salary and benefits for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.

*Please note that this statement may not display your current salary as it is reflective of benefits and earnings within the 2022 fiscal year timeframe (October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022).

The Truth in Salary Statement provides you with an in-depth understanding of your total compensation, which includes not only the wages you receive in your paycheck, but also the additional benefits that UAH provides to best serve employees and their family. These annualized statements detail the monetary value of UAH’s benefits and provides you with a total view of your wages and benefits. Information related to certain benefits are for regular, full-time faculty and staff and may not be applicable to employees working on a part-time or on-call basis.

If you wish to access your personalized statement online please do the following:

  1. Log into https://my.uah.edu/ 
  2. Refer to the “Employee Services” menu (far right column)
  3. Look under the “Human Resources” heading 
  4. Click on the "Truth in Salary Statement" link
