On Monday, April 4, 2022, UAH and OIT will apply an upgrade that changes the way& Personal Information is displayed and edited in Banner General Self Service.

Banner General Self Service is used to maintain personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email, as well as emergency contacts. It is also used to view and edit any direct deposit details.

You can view the changes on our test system by visiting Banner General Self Service. If you experience any problems or have any questions, please open a ticket with OIT by sending an email to helpdesk@uah.edu.
