Cumming Research Park needs a few course marshal volunteers for the 2021 U.S. Paralympics Cycling Open on April 17 & 18.

Course marshals work with event staff to manage traffic and crowd control on the racecourse, and ensure riders are kept safe from all elements outside of the racecourse.

A couple key details about the position:

  • Attend one of the virtual volunteer orientations the evenings of Tuesday, April 13 or Wednesday, April 14. These orientations will get you up-to-speed on your role come race day. (We will email you details later on this.)
  • Tuesday, April 13 or Friday, April 16, drive-thru and pick up your volunteer t-shirt that you will wear during your shift and sign the required volunteer waiver. You must be at least 18 years old to volunteer. (We will email you details later on this.)

If you are interested in being a Course Marshal, sign-up for a shift Saturday or Sunday through the links below.
