In response to the coronavirus issue, TIAA has decided to temporarily suspend on-site visits to institutions by Financial Consultants and other members of our service team.  These actions are in keeping with standard practice wherever coronavirus exposure is a risk, in the U.S. and around the world.   

For those of you who have made a one-on-one appointment to meet in person with TIAA during the next 30 days, TIAA will be reaching out to you to change the in-person appointment to a phone appointment.  Our regular Financial Consultants will be helping you during these calls.
