Senators reported the following activity on campus:
- Despite the rain delays, the I2C is progressing and working to finalize the exterior.
- National Student Employment Appreciation Week was April 15 – 19, 2019. Celebrate with this Insider’s Look of UAH student employees.
- The 12th Annual UA System Scholars Institute will be held on May 13 – May 14, 2019. Register online here.
- By the end of Summer 2019, ODEI will have three certified diversity officers for any departments or groups in need of training.
- The Faculty/Staff Picnic will be held on May 8, 2019, on the South Greenway.
- Staff Senate Nominations have closed. Ballots will be sent via email to all staff members.
- Staff Senate welcomes incoming UAH President Dr. Darren Dawson!
