If you have an event coming up - whether it's a one-time function, or a recurring meeting - be sure to add it to the UAH Events System!

For events that are in some part sponsored by the University, and are being held on campus (some exceptions apply), the Event System is one of the best ways to get the word out to the UAH community.

The Events System populates promotions outlets across campus:

  • Newsletters - the Faculty & Staff Headlines, Alumni Newsletter, and the Student E-newsletter
  • The Toilet Paper Newsletter in the washrooms across campus
  • UAH social media feeds up-to-date
  • The Sparkman Drive digital sign
  • Event feeds on your website
  • and more!

If you'd like to have your event listed in the System, simply submit the information via the online form, and you'll be notified when the event is approved.
