May is the month for our vendor, M&H Fire Extinguisher, to inspect all fire extinguishers on campus for their official annual inspection. They have provided their planned schedule for next week:

Some of these buildings have secure areas. In particular, I believe this applies to Mark Gauldin, Frank Berisford, Tyler Sholes, Steve Collins, Tony Hall, and Deana Aumalis, but there could be others.
If he needs a special escort to enter your area, please let me know before COB Friday, May 4, 2018, so I can give him a heads up. Sometimes, we also coordinate to have the authorized users hand the extinguishers out to them so that they don't have to enter a secure area.
