One of the most exciting days for our students is the day they get to walk across the stage, hear their name called, and finally reach that ultimate goal (TO GRADUATE!)  It takes a large number of individuals to make this happen and to make it a very special day for the graduates and their family and friends.   We are looking for volunteers to help make this day special for our students.  
 
If you would like to help with some part of the ceremony please let us know.  We need volunteers to work. 

 

The next Commencement is May 6, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the VBC Propst Arena.  We are in need of individuals who are interested in working all areas.  If you have an area of special interest please indicate that area when you respond.  (i.e. if you really like to work with faculty, students, if your expertise is organization, if you really enjoy setup,  if you prefer things like coat-check, if you are more interested in prep work—taking things to the VBC, indicate your area of interest).  We need individuals who are willing to work  before, during, and after the ceremony.  We also need individuals to help with prep work on Friday prior to the Sunday ceremony.  We are in need of some strong individuals to help with some of the prep work.  There may be lifting and moving quickly involved with some of the prep.

We will provide instruction and guidance for all those who volunteer. We look forward to hearing from you with your area(s) of interest.  If you would like to assist please reply to this email.
