The anticipated timeline for the ceremonies is as follows:
8:30 am VBC doors open to public
*Faculty enter through security screening in front hall,near the ticket office
9:00 am Faculty assemble in East Hall
9:45 am Processional line up
10:00 am Ceremony for Colleges of Education, Engineering, and Nursing Reception immediately follows
1:00 pm VBC doors open to public

1:30 pm Faculty assemble in East Hall
2:15 pm Processional line up
2:30 pm Ceremony for Colleges of Arts, Humanities, & Social Sciences, Business, Science, and Professional Studies

Please note that security screening is required by the Von Braun Center for all patrons entering events. More information may be found onVBC website. We are not able to guarantee the security of personal items left in the assembly area. Please leave any valuable items locked in your vehicle.
**Parking permits are available for pickup in the Office of the Provost, SSB 303. Permits may be picked up anytime between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and will be available through the end of the day on Friday, December 9. If sending a representative to pick up passes for your department, please provide a list of names of attendees to match with anticipated attendance records.**
