The Department of Music is excited to host your event and our state-of-the-art music facilities are open for reservations from recognized student groups, UAH administrative or academic departments, as well as off campus performing ensembles. Reservations for events must be made at least one week in advance utilizing this 3-step method: Check the calendar below to see if your event date and venue are available. Reserve space online using Astra. Select Department of Music in the initial drop-down menu and follow on-screen instructions from there. Wait for an email notification that your request has been processed. Once the request is reviewed and approved, another email confirmation will be sent. Need help requesting an event in Astra?
