To request rental/use of space
If you are interested in scheduling Roberts Recital Hall or a Roberts Hall classroom, please do the following:
- Check the Master Schedule for available dates.
- Choose several dates that work for you, in order of preference.
- Fill out the Recital/Event Application at least two months in advance of your proposed dates.
- Await approval.

Submit a Guest Artist Application
UAH is proud to host two guest artist series as part of our academic year concert season: the Constellation Series and the Charger Friends Series. Please see below for a brief description of each series and the application links. The performance committee will screen submitted applications throughout the year and over the summer months, and then they will contact you. Preference will be given to applications that include a component valuing educational collaboration with the UAH students.
Constellation Series
The Constellation Series aims to provide our students and community with a diverse array of musical performances given by local, national, and international artists. Please note that Constellation Series performers will be required to submit both a performance example AND a proposed budget in their application. The budget should specify every cost associated with your performance, including all performer fees. Applications have closed for the 2024-2025 Constellation Series.

Charger Friends Series
The Charger Friends Series celebrates the talented musicians connected to the UAH and Huntsville communities. The deadline for submissions is rolling, but preference is given to applications that are submitted by the following dates:
August 26, 2024 for performances taking place during the Fall 2024 Semester (Closed.)
January 13, 2025 for performances taking place during the Spring 2025 Semester
Performance examples and a proposed budget are NOT required in an application to perform on the Charger Friends series, and funding is not guaranteed.
