Academically talented high school students may apply to concurrently enroll at UAH after their sophomore year. Upon the successful completion of courses, students seeking Dual Enrollment may receive college credit. Students from participating high schools may also seek Dual Credit, receiving both college and high school credit. Dual Enrollment students may take two classes and receive half-off tuition for one class per semester. Dual Enrollment Students Applying as a Dual Enrollment Student: Step 1: Apply for admission. Step 2: Pay the $30 application fee. Step 3: Send official high school transcript to the Office of Admissions. Students must have at least a 2.9 GPA to participate. Step 4: Send official ACT or SAT test results to the Office of Admissions. We will accept ACT or SAT scores listed on your official high school transcript. Students must have at least a 20 ACT/970 SAT score to participate. ACT school code: 0053SAT school code: 1854 Step 5: Send the Dual Enrollment Approval Form signed by parents/guardians, school counselor, and principal and to the Admissions Office. Step 6: If applicable, have any official AP credit sent directly from the testing agency to the Office of Admissions to have your scores evaluated for credit.
