Biography

Dr. Mazuruk graduated from Warsaw University in 1971 (M.Sci., EE) and defended his PhD in 1977 in Solid State Physics. He has worked in the areas of semiconductor physics, statistical mechanics, hydro- and magneto hydrodynamics, and materials science. In the last 23 years, he has worked on NASA - funded fundamental research related to microgravity processing. At present, he is a Co-Investigator of a NASA flight experiment on detached Bridgman growth of Ge in microgravity. He has over 70 publications.
