The UAH Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) functions as a liaison for industry partners that are looking for access to the expertise in a wide array of fields found within the research community at UAH. OTC brings together the needs of all parties in a collaborative manner for a mutually beneficial partnership.
OTC can help industry partners connect with UAH researchers and enter into the appropriate agreements. OTC can also link potential investors with start-up companies based on UAH technologies.

  • UAH Office of Sponsored Programs
  • The UAH Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) provides research administration at UAH, managing projects and contracts and ensuring research compliance. OTC works closely with OSP regarding grant and contract funding and sponsored research.
  • UAH Small Business Development Center
  • The UAH Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a member of the Alabama SBDC Network and funded partially through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBDC provides professional support at all stages of business development.
  • UAH Invention to Innovation Center
