Multimedia Lab Hours Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 5pm Lab Overview The M. Louis Salmon Library Multimedia Lab is our hub for audiovisual content creation needs. It combines equipment, software, and space for you to create and edit any number of multimedia projects from photos to videos to podcasts to infographics. Need a photograph for a portfolio? Want to record a video to share with your class? Have you been interested in putting out a weekly series about the comparative merit of log cabin designs? Want to take a GoPro out for a tour around UAH? You will be able to do that! What’s more, it is open to all students, faculty, and staff on campus. Mac Pro workstations with Wacom Tablets and Dell PCs with Dual Monitors provide different options for different creation styles. A Macbook Pro enables you to take your project with with a bit more portability. A recording space with an adjustable green screen is available for video and sound projects if you would like an enclosed environment. Or, check out a camera and a tripod and head outside and record wherever you like. Want to show off your creation? Then pick up a projector and a Bluetooth speaker with a portable screen and you can display it pretty much anywhere.
