Learn the multiple aspects of chronic pain by examining the definition of chronic pain and looking at how pain impacts our daily lives. The course will explore the multidimensions of chronic pain and help you better understand how pain can lead to isolation, avoidance of social interactions, and depression. Finally, we will discuss ways to prevent chronic pain, manage chronic pain, and enjoy life.
