On Friday, February 25, 2022, Fellowship Advisor Jennifer Staton will host an information session about the Truman Scholarship. The Truman Scholarship is a prestigious graduate fellowship that provides financial assistance to students showing exceptional promise as future public service leaders. Funded by the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation, this scholarship provides $30,000 to future "change agents," or advocates, who aim to improve ways in which our government, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations can serve the public. Eligible applicants are college juniors interested in obtaining a Masters or doctorate degree in such areas as: Public Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, International Affairs, or a law degree. During this info session, Jennifer will discuss eligibility requirements, application components, and the application timeline.

This information session is ideal for students who are interested in applying during the next application cycle (2022-2023 academic year), especially sophomores. Eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens. Email Jennifer at if you are interested in joining via Zoom.
