In various combinations of oboe, violin, and tenor, the performers offer musical settings of the poetry of William Blake. The program includes Ten Blake Songs and Along the Field by Ralph Vaughan Williams and the world premiere performance of The Argument (from The Marriage of Heaven and Hell), composed by UAH Assistant Professor of Theory/Composition Joshua Burel. Other UAH music faculty performers include Christopher Puckett (tenor) and Jennifer Case (oboe). Free and open to the public. Donations accepted at the door.
