Limited number of book giveaways. Refreshments Provided. About Chloe Davis: Chloe O. Davis is a Broadway performer, choreographer, and debut author. A graduate of Hampton University and Temple University, she has centered her creative platform on amplifying the narratives of Black culture and heightening the awareness of the LGBTQIA+ community. Some of her favorite credits include: Paradise Square (Broadway); Porgy and Bess (Metropolitan Opera); Cabin In The Sky (NY City Center); Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom (Netflix); Harlem (Amazon); Uprooted:The Journey of Jazz Dance (HBO); Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert (NBC); and Tell Me A Story (CBS). She was also a principal dancer with Camille A. Brown and Dancers and Philadanco. Chloe’s choreography credits include: Late Night with Seth Myers (NBC); Broadway Bares (Hammerstein Ballroom); Ain’t Misbehavin (The REV Theatre Company); My Tribute to Black Broadway and Black Choreographers (The Muny); Paradise Square (Broadway, Associate Choreographer); Harlem (Amazon, Assistant Choreographer); for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf (The Public, Associate Choreographer). She is a Drama Desk Award Winner for Outstanding Choreography and an Antonyo Awards nominee for Outstanding Choreography. Her debut book, The Queens’ English: The LGBTQIA+ Dictionary of Lingo and Colloquial Phrases is a celebration of the spectrum of identity and promotes important conversations around inclusivity, intersectionality, sexuality, gender expression, and gender identity.
