Biography

Ramona Ward-Burroughs, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an HR leader and strategist with over 20 years of experience within the healthcare, education, and manufacturing industries. Her areas of expertise include workforce planning, employee relations and engagement, leadership coaching, career development, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Previously, Ramona served as the Director of HR Strategy with the University of Michigan Health System, with oversight of Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics. Currently, she serves as an HR Director with The University of Alabama in Huntsville and is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation, and HR Compliance.
