Biography

Mike Russell has supported systems development across defense, federal, and commercial programs for over 30 years in program management and engineering roles. Through MITRE Labs and the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) he is focused on helping advance the practice of digital engineering and model-based development. Mr. Russell is a Chief Engineer for MITRE labs. He is also an INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) and has published extensively on systems engineering topics. He holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Georgia.
