She has developed new courses in Computer Arithmetic, VHDL Modeling and Testing of Digital Circuits. She teaches extensively in the Computer Engineering program. Prior to coming to UAH in 1992, Dr. Gaede worked for Motorola Inc. in Austin, Texas as a product engineer or 8-bit microprocessors and for IBM in East Fishkill, New York in the Test Methodologies and Applications group.
