Principal Investigator for research projects totaling over $7M, with sponsors from NASA, DOD, and industry. Have designed reflective telescopes & collimators, infrared missile seekers & scene projectors, and an orbiting Earth imaging system. Supervised the optical fabrication efforts of the CAO for over 10 years, including mirrors, molds, and infrared optics. Have performed/led the testing of prototype systems, flight components & systems, military systems, and ophthalmic optics.
