Dr. Qingyun Zhu

Assistant Professor, Management Science Department


Qingyun Serena Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Management Science in the Management, Marketing and Information Systems Department at UAH. She earned a Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Her teaching interests are at the nexus of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, and Sustainability. Her research focuses on Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Green Marketing, Product Deletion and Blockchain Technology.
Her peer reviewed research has been published in journals including the International Journal of Production Economics, the International Journal of Production Research, the Journal of Cleaner Production, and IEEE Engineering Management Review. She has also published her research in a number of conference proceedings and book chapters.
She is a member of the Academy of Management, the Decision Sciences Institute, and the Production and Operations Management Society
