The Program/Activity Record and Individual CEU Application Forms for Outreach Reporting have been updated via MyUAH. Please visit MyUAH under Employee Services - University Outreach Reporting and start using the latest version of the forms effective immediately.
As a reminder:
• Fall term runs August 16 - December 21, 2017. Forms are due no later than January 8, 2018.
• Please make sure all forms have the appropriate required signatures prior to submission.
• Submit them via campus mail to WIL 103, or via email to Outreach.Reporting@uah.edu.
• Most of Outreach Programs qualify to award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to participants. Learn more about CEUs on the same site as the forms under "Continuing Education Units". CEUs are a great tool for individuals who would like to improve their personal and professional development, qualify for re-certification or licensure, and provide evidence of vocational growth to meet changing career demands.
