Stephen Humphreys brings a real juxtaposition of the experiences of war in Ukraine. His photographic documentation shows what seems to be normal alongside the destruction and underlying tension. He describes his work for this exhibit as follows - “The fiery inferno of the Russian invasion is mirrored in the intense inner attack on the people of Ukraine, as they move through it and past it”.
