Rock the Rec is an interactive, over-the-top event that invites students to participate with University Recreation in a totally fun and unique way! Some of the features you can see at this event include: FREE t-shirts (1st 750 students), Silent Disco, glow-in-the-dark games, the Ninja Tower (4-sided rock wall), an inflatable obstacle course, inner tube water polo (make sure to bring your swimsuit and a towel!), FREE group exercise demos, games, prizes and giveaways courtesy of UAH Sport Clubs, music and SO MUCH MORE!
